Actions - The Basics
An Action can be run now or be scheduled to a client's ToDo list.
Actions that have been scheduled and await in the ToDo list will run when they are manually commanded to, either from an individual's client ToDo list or from the Main ToDo list.
It is possible to have reminders set, that can prompt the User once the appointed time has arrived for the Action to run.
There are 2 ways to automatically run Actions waiting in the ToDo list ,either by using the Daily Automation - will run all elapsed pre-set action types from the main ToDolist - or using the Automation Scheduler.
When an Action is scheduled for a future date and sent to the ToDo list, the system can be set to auto-allocate this action to a particular User. Alternatively the User can choose each instance to whom's ToDo list it should be scheduled.
An action can do a number of things;
Run another action,
Schedule another action,
Delete specific actions from a client's ToDo list,
Clear all actions from a client's ToDo list,
Print/email documents from a template,
Save documents from the client's history to a folder as PDFs.
When Actions run documents, they can be saved as Word documents or PDF documents. There is also an option to save the PDFs to sorted folders.
