Setting an Action to be followed immediately by other Actions
Open the Action Library
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Action Library from the drop down list - the Action Library window will open.
Select the required Action
1: Select the required Action required to trigger the follow-on Action.
2: Click Edit - the Action's window will open.
Add the Actions to Run
1: Click the Run Now tab - the Run Now window will open.
2: Click the New button - a New Entry will be created for editing.
3: Select the required follow-on Action(s) from the drop down list.
4: Click OK to save and close the window.
