New Features

1: There is a new option to change the information that is displayed in the Account Name drop down list. Click here for instruction.

2: There is a new option so that the Account Name will automatically update if a change is made in Client details to the First or Second claimant. Click here for instruction.

3: Documents that are scanned at Client Level can now be attached to Claim Level documents.

4: It is now possible to hide the Client ref from the window title. Click here for instruction.

5: The commissions tab has been improved and now has greater accuracy using extra decimal places.

Defects Fixed

1: The OK and Cancel buttons in User Teams are now displayed in the correct order.

2: When the same Claimant is opened by more than one User at the same time. Only the first person will be able to make amendments to the details.

3: Deleted Claim Types no longer appear in the Action Library drop down lists.

4: A To Do item now deletes correctly when Scheduled to delete from an Action.

Known Issues

1: The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.

2: The Cancel All Run All button has been disabled as it was creating errors.
