The CSV File must have the following format.

1: Title

2: Firstname

3: LastName

4: Phone Work

5: Phone Home

6: Phone Mobile

7: email

8: Address1

9: Address2

10: Address3

11: Address4

12: Address5

13: PCD - (Post Code)

14: NoMissoldMortgage - (Number of Miss-sold Morgage Claims)

15: NoCreditCards - (Number of Credit Cards Claims)

16: NoPPI - (Number of PPI Claims)

17: DOB - (Date of Birth)

18 - 27: There are 10 User defined fields here if required. (Introduced in version 2014.8.7.808)

28: Client Alt ref number

1: Select an Introducer from the drop down list.

2: Select the CSV File - the data will be displayed in the window.

3: Select the Import type from the drop down list. Auto will deal with most scenarios.

4: Click Import - the Import will start.

1: When complete - a Status will show how many clients were imported.

Note: If the Number of Miss-sold Morgage Claims, Number of Credit Cards Claims and the Number of PPI Claims are all zero the

-------- item would have been imported as a lead. If any of the 3 fields has a value, the item will be imported as a live client.
