How to rename the Client Ref column to Alt Ref in the client claims list
Open the Config
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Config from the drop-down menu - the Config window will open.
Change the setting
1: Click the Claim Form tab.
2: Click the Claims List tab.
3: Tick the Rename 'Ref' To 'Alt Ref' check-box.
4: Click OK to save the setting and close the window.
