New Features
- The Include VAT tick box in the Distributions window, is ticked by default for non-VAT registered companies. [9010]
- A new feature has been added to the New Document window, to ensure that Investors that do not have email addresses will receive printed documents. Alongside this, an entry is made for the document in the History tab. Previously only the cover note was printed and entered into History. [23100]
- The Subject line of the email, from the New Documents window, no longer includes the document type. [23851]
- Refreshing any transaction in the Distributions window with automatically refresh the Alt Calcs tab too. [23035]
- A warning message has been added when a change is made to a date listed in the quarterly Rent Schedule and there is a Rent Schedule being used by an active lease or Recurring Action. [23535]
- A new Delete Transfer button has been added to deleting the Transfer Log tab. It is only possible to delete a Transfer if the Investor has enough Stake to transfer back. [22142]
- Two new fields, Deleted By and Deleted Date have been added to the Transfer log to track deleted transfers. [22142]
- A new Investor Stake cannot be edited config setting has been added. This is part of additional functionality that has been added to the Transfer Investor Stake feature.[22142] For more details of the new functionality click here.
- A warning message is now displayed when you try to delete an Investor's Bank Account that is linked to an Investor's stake in a Partnership. This warning lists the Partnerships that use the selected Investor's Bank Account and the user is required to select a replacement Bank Account for each Partnership. [23160]
- The Bank Account Report now includes Bank Accounts belonging to Partnerships and Service Charge Companies. [23336]
- Every Unit now has a Sale tab which includes the same fields that are currently on the Sale tab of a Property but without the Values section. [22585]

- A new global setting has been added to specify which printer to use to print Distributions (for those Investors who do not have an email). [23253]

Payment Receipt menu on the Payment details window has been replaced with a new Generate Payment Receipt menu item.
This new menu item gives the option to print or email the Payment Receipt. [23062] For more details on how this feature works click here. - Email Payment Receipts emails the Payment Receipt to the Payment Contact and prints it if there is no email. This functionality works for single and multiple selected Payments. [23062]

- Auto generated Service Charge Invoices now have a Managing Agent and do not have Generate Management Invoice ticked. [22045]
- The speed of searching Contacts on the main screen when clicking Include Balance, has been improved. [23439]
- The Current Name in the Company Details window has been made mandatory and Company Details cannot be saved if the Current Name field is blank. [21905]
- The Nominal Accounts Report for new Distributions are now displayed in Excel format. [17558]
- Formatting changes have been made to the Nominal Accounts Report in excel format. [17558]
- The ability to Close a Bank Account has been added (permission based). Closed Bank Accounts will are not included in the Bank Account lists for selection for Invoices, payments, Leases, Distributions and will be excluded from the Bank Account Report. [23243]
- The Company>Banking tab now has a Dummy and Closed tickbox columns added to the list view. These columns indicate whether the Bank Account is a Dummy Account and whether it is closed. [23243]
For more details on how this feature works click here. - If multiple users simultaneously attempt to generate a New Document, or an Attachment from a one-off template, a warning is displayed preventing accidental overwriting. [23397]
- The amount shown on the Supplementary Invoices for Service Charge invoice(s) that were part paid are now correctly displayed. [23675]
- To prevent accounting errors, if a user deletes an Investor's bank account that is linked to distributing a stake for at least one partnership, a new window has been added to select a new bank account for each partnership. [23160]

Defects Fixed
- It is no longer possible to put an apostrophe in the Nominal Account description. [6890]
- A defect that caused the lease to not save when the Rent Commencement Date is filled in under the Deposit tab, has now been fixed. [20699]
- Additional items are now only added to the Invoice when the Invoice Date is within the additional item's date range. [22173]
- A defect that caused an error to occur when redoing an Invoice and changing the From Company to a different Company, has now been resolved. [22049]
- Payments against deleted Investor Bank Accounts are now included in the Payments list on the Investor Details window [23158]
- Recurring Actions associated with Service Charge settings or Recurring Payments can no longer be deleted. Users are now informed of this via a message window if deletion is attempted. [23545]
- Changing an existing Fixed Rent Lease to a Stepped Rent Lease no longer regenerates any of the To Dos that were already run when the lease was a Fixed Rent Lease. [23597]
- Large balances are displayed correctly and no error message are displayed when the Company > Banking tab is opened. [23263]
- A defect that allowed the user to post a Payment, in a very specific scenario, with a different Managing Agent for the payment lines, has now been fixed. [20849]
- A defect that caused Purchase Credit Note not to appear correctly (show up as a negative) on Statement of Account has now been fixed. [20808]
- It is no longer possible to change the Payment Date of a Payment when redoing a Payment that was included in a Bank Reconciliation. [21273]
