New Features

1: Raised by and Behalf of Fields are now available to mail merge in an invoice. Click here to see field names.

2: There is a new facility to add and track Jobs associated to a Unit.

3: Negative amounts are now able to be put into invoices and additional items.

4: There is a new feature to edit the Contact Balance.

Defects Fixed

1: The error when printing Labels for Investors has now been fixed.

2: When raising an invoice the Unit column opened very small. This has now been fixed.

3: The overlapping check box on the Investors screen has now been fixed.

4: The bank account null error when paying a distributed invoice has been fixed.

5: When raising an invoice, the VAT information is not correctly taken from the "On Behalf of" company.

6: The error has been fixed when deleting a Document Template.

7: Creating a document for a company that is not associated to a Company no longer creates an error.

8: The Exception Error created when creating a new Document Template has been fixed.

9: When performing an Invoice Distribution the VAT is now calculated correctly.

10: The error has been fixed when typing a company name into the Company's list.

11: The intermittent error where changes are not saved when made to the Rent Details has been fixed.

12: The problem where Addition Items on the Rent Details are not included on the invoice has been fixed.

13: Raising an Invoice now defaults correctly to "Rasied By - Company".
