How to assign a Job to a Unit

Select a Unit

1: Click Search from the Side Menu.

2: Select Units from the drop down list - a list of Units will open.

3: Double click a Unit to select it - the Unit window will open.

Add the Job

1: Click the Jobs tab - the Jobs window will open.

2: Click Add - the Job Details window will open.

Enter Details

Enter Details

1: Enter a Job Description.

2: Click the Select button to select a Job Type from the pop-out list.

3: Click the Select button to select a Job Type Detail from the pop-out list.

4: Click the Select button to select a Job Source from the pop-out list.

5: Select a Status from the drop down list.

6: Enter the Estimated Start and End Dates or select them from the pop-out calendar. and Enter the Estimated Cost.

7: If required, select an Alternative Contact from the pop-out list.

8: Click the Select button to select Access Instructions from the pop-out list.

9: If required, enter some Free Description Text.

10: If required key Additional Information.

11.  Click OK - The data will be Saved and the Window will close.

The Jobs list will show the new Job.
