Fund Distribution to Landlords

Service Charge Module

LogiPro contains a service charge module to enable a user to create budgets and allocate expenditures to be distributed amongst the relevant tenants. There is also a facility to create a sales invoice when a service charge was under-estimated or an invoice credit note when a service charge was over-estimated.

Lease/Rent Management

LogiPro enables you to add leases to a property and manage the lease and rent process from beginning to end. There are options for managing lease commencement, establishing payment frequency, creating standing order forms, applying VAT/NON VAT status, applying fixed or stepped rent, and setting up rent reviews.

Job Management

Logipro contains a complete job management system to efficiently create, assign, modify and maintain jobs necessary for property maintenance. The Jobs screen enables you to view the job list and create new jobs. Upon creating a new job, you can initiate a work flow, and allocate a job to a contractor. Jobs can also be added to properties.
