Permanently Remove Client Data From the Database
This feature enables you to remove and extract personal information about your customers so that you can be compliant with GDPR requirements.
Permanently Remove Client Data from the Database
To permanently remove client details from the database, click Admin > Tools > Hard Delete Client. The Hard Delete Client window displays.
Enter client reference number and click Delete.
You are propmted to confirm the deletion as this cannot be undone.
Upon clicking Yes, you receive a message confirming that the client delete was successful.
Upon searching for a deleted client ID, no results are returned.
Upon searching for a deleted client ID after undeleting results in the information below indicating deletion.
