Using Keyword Rules in SMS Correspondence with a Client

Config

Click Admin > Config > SMS > SMS Action Rules button > Add.

 

1. Enter the Keyword.

2. Choose which Action will be triggered.

3. Optional - Choose an End Date.

4. Tick to Enable the Rule.

5. Click OK.

Your Rule is now saved. Click OK.

When sending the Client an SMS, they should be asked to respond with the Keyword. When they respond, the Action will be triggered and will appear in the General To Do List.
