How to use the average claim state duration log report
NOTE: This report shows the average duration in days, claims stay in a Duration state which have been set up here. The report will have to be initially set-up by an advanced SQL user or by a Logican support member.
Open the Report Run
1: Click Reports from the Menu.
2: Select Custom -->Average Duration from the drop-down menu - the Average Duration Report Run window will open.
NOTE: The report's name may vary, depending on the way it was initially set up.
Set the Parameters
1: You have to set dates as this is mandatory for reports, however the dates selected will not affect this report in any way.
2: Select from the drop-down list, for which Claim Types you require the report.
3: Click Run.
Run the Report
1: The Duration Descriptions and their Average durations are listed.
NOTE: States without a start date are not measured. States without end dates are measured as ended now.
