How to schedule a review for Prospective Claims (with no Actions pending in the To Do list)
Run the Action
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Schedule Review For Prospect Cases Without Todos from the drop down list.
This will then add an action to all those Cases, with the action type called 'Review File - No Other Action in To Do'
