Download the Decryptor from here.

Double-click the file you downloaded and click Run.

Follow the wizard to install the decryptor.

Run the decryptor from Start Menu\All Programs\Logican\Experian Decryptor.

Upon launching the decryptor for the first time, you are prompted to add your Client Key.

Click ... to browse to the downloaded Excel report.

The Decrypted File path will populate with the same file name appended with an xlsm. You have the option to click the ... to change the output file location.

Click Decrypt. The decrypted file generates.

You can now view the downloaded report.
