Access Credit Reports
Log On
Open a browser and navigate to https://experianportal.logican.co.uk/.
From the Login screen, enter your Email and Password.
Tick the Accept Terms & Conditions checkbox to gain full access.
Click LOG IN.
Upon log on, you can access new reports by clicking NEW REPORT. The New credit report window displays.
You can create Single Client reports or you can upload Mulitple clients at once.
Single Client
For Single client reports, enter the details manually.
The Unmasked and Masked options determine whether you can view the full account number unmasked or masked.
The Your ref field is useful for future reference.
Note: Client granted consent must be ticked in order to enable the Get Report button.
Upon clicking Get Report, the single client report is created.
Multiple Clients
For Multiple clients, prepare the data in an Excel spreadsheet based upon the MultiClientsTemplate.xlsx that can be downloaded from here and then upload the batch file.
The Unmasked and Masked options determine whether you can view the full account number unmasked or masked.
The Reference field is useful for future reference.
Note: Client granted consent must be ticked in order to enable the Get Report button.
Upon clicking Get Report, the multiple batch client reports are created.
View Credit Reports
From the Credit Reports screen, the uploaded reports display on the left.
Upon selecting an applicant or a batch file with multiple applicants, the applicant(s) details display on the right.
You can unmask an account number by clicking the eye icon to toggle between masked and unmasked accounts. (This feature is only available if the unmasked option was selected when generating the report.)
To download a report in excel format, click Full Report. An encrypted Excel spreadsheet downloads to your default download location. If your browser is configured to automatically open downloaded files this will fail.
Note: This is expected behaviour.
In order to view the download file, you must use the Decryptor that can be downloaded from here.
