From the Admin > Config > General tab, tick Display Important Notes Before Action Runs and click OK.

1. Open a client.

2. In the claim History tab, click Claim File Note to create a new file note.

3. Select the note and click Important. The important icon displays next to the note.

When an action is run, a Warning message prompts the user about the important note assigned to the claim asking whether to proceed with the action.
