Ultra-Dialler Setup

Ultra Dialler is a dialler system which has been integrated with LogiDebt. The User will have to set up the dialler systems and coordinate with LogiCan before it can be used.

Setting Up the Users

Open the Users Window

Open the Users Window

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Users --> Users from the drop-down menu - the Users window will open.

Open the Required User

Open the Required User

1: Select the required User from the list.

2: Click Edit - the User's window will open.

Change the Setting

Change the Setting

1: Click on the Details tab.

2: If the User is responsible for callbacks, tick the Is Team User checkbox.

3: Set the User's working hours.

Setting Holidays

Follow-up calls will not be scheduled for holidays.

Change Permission

1: Click on the Permissions tab.

2: Tick the Allow Edit Holidays checkbox to allow the User to edit the Company's holidays.

3: Click OK to save the settings and close the window.

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Drop Down Lists --> Holidays from the drop-down menu - the Holidays window will open.

1: Click Add - a new entry will be added to the Holiday list.

2: Click the Calendar icon - a calendar will pop-out.

3: Select the the date.

4: Click OK to save and close the window.

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Config from the drop-down menu - the Config window will open.

Change the Settings

1: Scroll to the right and click on the Ultra Dialler tab.

2: Tick the Use Ultra Dialler checkbox.

3: Click the ... button to select the action that will be scheduled for callbacks.

4: Enter the Ultra account details.

5: Click OK to save the settings and close the window.
