Choosing the recipient of a Document
Open the Document Library
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Document Library from the drop-down menu - the Document Library will open.
Open the Document
1: Select the required Document.
2: Click Edit - the Document window will open.
Choose the recipient
1: Click the Details tab - the Details window will open.
2: Select the recipient fro m the To drop-down list.
3: Click OK to save and close the window.
