Jobs Module Modifications
Setup
Click Admin > Customize Dropdown Lists > Customizable Dropdown Lists >Job Grades.
Click Add to add your job grades and click Close. The grades are now available on the Contractor page.
Export
From the Jobs list, use the Export and Export with Additional Details buttons to export the list to Excel or the list with all the job details.
Specific Job Exports and Notes
Upon adding a new job or editing an existing job, you also have the option to export the details of that specific job with an expandable sub list listing the Contractors and History details by clicking Export with Additional Details.
Upon adding a new job or editing an existing job, you have the option to Add Notes.
Note: Upon selecting a Unit, that unit's Tenant is added to the job.
Select an Action Category, enter text and click OK.
Note: Action Categories are added from the Admin > Customize Dropdown Lists > Customizable Dropdown Lists >Action Categories tab.
