The Narrative and Additional Narrative fields are used for adding a description to rent invoices. These fields can be used seperately or concurrently.

Open the Lease Details window.

If the Narrative field and Additional Narrative fields are left empty, the invoice description defaults to Rent Due.

If the Narrative field contains text and the Additional Narrative field contains text, the invoice description outputs with the Narrative text, followed by a dash, followed by the Additional Narrative text.

If the Narrative field is empty and the Additional Narrative field contains text, the invoice description replaces the Rent Due with the Additional Narrative text.
