How to Import bank statements transactions

A User must be authorised to Import Bank Statements. Click here for instruction on how to authorise a User. Also the file need to be a Barclays Excel file saved in CSV format.

Find a Bank statement file to Import

1. Select Import Statements from the menu - the Import Statements window will open.

2. Select browse - the  file browser window will open.

1. Select the location of the CSV file you want to import. (This needs to be a Barclays Excel file saved in CSV format)

2. Click the file you require.

3. Click open to compete the selection.

1. Click the import button - the Statement will be imported and the window will be populated with the results.

Allocate the statement items

Allocate the statement items

1. Select a tenant name to search by - A list of Tenants will be shown.

2. Mark any irrelevant items in the left hand column by scrolling down the column and clicking the mark irrelevant button

3. Manually link or unlink the selected payment to or from a lease.

4. If required, Click Display Lease to check the Rent Details screen.

5. Check all these fields have been correctly filled in.

6. Click the Process All Linked Items button - the Process will begin.
