Defects Fixed

  1. If there is a single line on a service charge invoice, the system will take the narrative as the description on the Proforma Invoice, however if there are multiple lines on a service charge invoice with different narratives, the system will then take the budget name as the description on the Proforma Invoice.[25180]
  2. Additional items shown on a stepped rent part period invoice are displayed correctly as Part Quarter Apportionment even after the scheduled days in advance are changed.[25233]
  3. The mortgage amount on a Distribution, should not include the mortgage payment made after the start date of the Distribution,[25275]
  4. Incorrect error messages associated with the closing of bank accounts have been removed. [25266]
  5. When an invoice is generated with a 2025 invoice date but the budget is for 2024, the system allows the invoice to keep the 2024 budget even though the invoice date is not within the budget period.[25327]
  6. Invoices are automatically emailed (if contact has an email address) when proforma invoice or vat receipts are manually generated [25337]
  7. The Company Type column is always displayed after the Companies column in the main search window.[25394]
  8. Some changes have been made in the Rent review and Stepped rent areas. Below is a Summary but for a fuller explanation, click here. [24968]
    1. After completing a Rent Review on a Stepped Rent lease, the end date of the current step will be set to the day before the review date.
    2. Also a new step will be added: Start Date - this will be the review date, End Date - will be the lease expiry date, and the Amount - will be the new amount set on the rent review.
    3. This change will be saved right away (without the user having to press save on the window).
    4. If there are steps set for dates after the review is carried out, these will be deleted [24968]
    5. If a Lease that is Holding Over has expired and has a Rent Review date in the past, you are unable to carry out a Rent Review. [24968].
    6. When completing a rent review, if there are future steps setup on the lease, a message is displayed warning the user that completing the rent review will replace future steps. Only if the user clicks Yes, can he proceed with the rent review.[22459]
  9. When a Credit Note with VAT is linked to an invoice without VAT, the Net and VAT amounts are split correctly,. The nominal transactions, on a Credit Note, are posted correctly when a Credit Note with VAT is linked to an invoice without VAT. [25368]

New Features

  1. A method of decrypting documents held in the LogiPro database has been added. Click here for a guide. [25043]
  2. A new mergefield "ManagingAgentContactName" has been created for use in the Tenancy Statement document - it references the name of a Management Agent that can be set at either the Company or Unit level. [24973]
  3. All outstanding ToDos for a budget are deleted when the budget is reconciled.[24968]
  4. A new "Reconciliation Date" column has been added to the Service Charge Expenditure tab.[25230]
  5. Budget Details export now shows the Property name, an empty row and a row with the Property address.[25355]
  6. The budget dropdown list on the Invoice Details window when selected, is now wide enough to show the full budget name.[25383]
  7. A new config setting has been added under Admin > General Settings > Service Charge tab, which when ticked will specify the default naming convention when creating a new budget.[25384]
  8. Users are able to select and change the appearance style of LogiPro to a larger font. This is accessed via the Appearance button on the main LogiPro window. [OT22667]
  9. Investor Bacs Payments are made to the Investor contact and not the Investor Bank contact.[OT22499]
  10. The Beneficiary information is only displayed on a Payment Receipt if the contact on the payment is an Investor Bank type contact.[OT22500]
  11. The Export menu items under the Banking tab, have been renamed to Export Transactions on Reconciliation Tab and Export Reconciliation History.[OT22566]
  12. A new Management tab has been added to the General tab of a Property after the Location tab. This allows the user to select an Asset Manager and/or a Service Charge Manager. These can be selected from the list of LogiPro users. The Asset Manager will get rent-related reminders i.e. Lease End, Lease Break, and Rent Review reminders. Assuming the user selected has a valid email address, he can also get reminder emails. If desired, the Service Charge Manager can be cc'd on the reminder emails that the Asset Manager receives. Document templates for the three Lease Break Reminders have been added (these were previously only Reminder pop-ups).
    To configure LogiPro to the desired way of using this feature, new config options have been added to Admin > General Settings > Email tab. [25358]
  13. In order to have the Detailed Internal Distribution Summary displayed as a running total on the Distribution Summary document, then the Display Detailed Internal Distribution Summary as a Running Total tickbox must be ticked under Admin > General Settings > Investors tab.[25321]
