1: Click Search on the Side Menu.

2: Select Units from the drop down list - a list of Units will by displayed.

3: Double click a unit to edit - the Unit window will be opened.

New drop down list, Commercial?

Select Rental or Commercial from the drop down list.

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select General Setting from the drop down list - the General Settings window will open.

1: Click the General tab - the General window will open.

2: Click the Unit Commercial Flag Default tick on to set the Default to ON or turn the tick off to set the Default to Rental.

3: Click OK to Save the changes and close the window.
