1.    Click on the Client Files tab

2.    Select the file you want to extract

3.    Hit Extract from BACS

Note that the Extract from BACS button will NOT be enabled if the file contains any submission items which have been submitted to BACS and whose submission date has already been reached because it is now too late to prevent BACS processing them.

4.    A warning message is shown. If you are really sure you want to continue hit Yes.

The system will then delete all items from the file stored in the database and remove the file from the list of client files. However it is the user's responsibility to tell BACS not to process the file.
