The following Mergefields can be inserted in the templates: 

WebPortalUserName: Name entered in the Investor Additional Contact Details or the Investor Contact Main Details.

WebPortalUserUserName: Email Address of the Investor Additional Contact or Investor Contact Main Details, that will be used as the username for the Investor Portal.

WebPortalUserEmail: Email Address of the Investor Additional Contact or Investor Contact Main Details, that will be used as username for the Investor Portal. (Same as above)

WebPortalUserPassword: User (Temporary) Password.

The WebPortalUserPassword mergefield should only be used in the Portal Access Granted Notification. It will display a temporary password that is automatically created for a new user. When the Portal User logs in to the Portal for the first time, they will be prompted to change their Password.

• Investor Mergefields:

This mergefield will not be populated when giving Portal Access to an email address on the Investor Contact Main Contact Details.

InvestorCompanyName: The Company name of the Investor. 

• Investor Contact Mergefields:

These mergefields will not be populated when giving Portal Access to an email address on the Investor Additional Contact Details.

ContactCompanyName: The Company name of the  Investor Contact.

ContactFirstname

ContactLastname

ContactSalutation  

ContactPhone

ContactMobile

ContactFax

ContactFullAddress. There are also mergefields for each individual line of the Address eg. ContactAddress1, ContactAddress2   etc.
