Granting Portal Access for Each Email Address

For each email in the Main/Additional Contact Details list there is a checkbox “Portal Access”.  If the tickbox is ticked and the user presses OK, portal access will be granted to the portal account for the selected email address and a notification email will be sent .  Likewise, if the tickbox is unticked, portal access will be removed.

If portal access it ticked for a given email in the Main/Additional Contact Details list, changing the email address will remove access for the original email and add access to the new email.

Unlocking a Portal Account

If a user tries to log in to his portal account three consecutive times with an incorrect password his account will be locked and the “Access Locked” tickbox will be ticked.  Unticking the tickbox and pressing ok will unlock the portal account.
