Controlling Access to the Investor Portal

Access to the Investor portal is controlled from within the LogiPro windows application.  Portal access can be granted/denied for each email address associated with an investor as well as any email addresses associated with the beneficiary contact of the investor.  

Creating a New Portal Account

When portal access is granted to a new email address, a portal user account is automatically created and a Portal Access Granted Notification email is sent with login information so that the contact can access the portal. Upon logging in to his portal account, the user will be able to view the documents for any investor for which he has been given access.

Adding Access to Additional Investors for an Existing Portal Account

If portal access to an additional investor is granted for an email address with an existing account, a Portal Access Added Notification email with be sent and the portal account will now allow the user to view documents for the additional investor.

Removing Access to an Investor for an Existing Portal Account

If portal access to one investor is removed for an email address with an existing account with access to multiple investors, a Portal Access Removed Notification email with be sent and the portal account will no longer allow the user to view documents for that particular investor.  The user will still be able to access his portal account to view documents for other investors.

Closing a Portal Account

When portal access to one investor is removed for an email address with an existing account with access to only that particular investor, a Portal Access Denied Notification email will be sent and the portal account will be closed.
