Click Search > New Company.

Select LLP-GP.

From the Company tab, enter the relevant company details.

From the Accounting tab, select an accountant.

Note: The VAT information is pulled from the partnership, if relevant.

From the Designated Members tab, add the investor contacts and click OK.
