Charge the Management Fee for the Property's Rent
This feature enables you to charge the pre-set management rate fee to a property owner.
Click Invoices New Sales Invoice. The Sales Invoice window displays.
Click the From Company to select the owner's company.
Click the To Company and select the tenant.
Select the property and unit and enter the other details.
Tick the Generate Management Invoice checkbox.
Click Proforma Invoice to post the invoice and generate the management invoice.
