Set the Management Fee Rates
The rates described in this article are automatically charged by the managing company to the property owner as a commission for collecting rent or paying property expenses. When using the Client Transfer Fee method, users have the ability to override the fee when any property expense is handled. Click here for instructions.
Setting the Property's Standard Rate
Click Search > Companies > select the relevant company and double-click the company to open it. The Company window displays.
From the company General tab, enter the Management Charge %.
Click OK to save and close the window.
Set the Global Rate
The Standard Management Percentage rate is used in instances where a owner's company rate is not set.
From the Admin > General Settings > Invoices tab, set the global Standard Management Percentage rate.
Click OK to save and close the window.
