Leases Setup
LogiPro enables you to manage the lease process from beginning to end. There are options for managing lease commencement, establishing payment frequency, generating rent demands via print and/or email, applying fixed or stepped rent, setting up rent reviews, creating standing order forms.
Add Lease Details

To add a lease to a unit:
From the Search > Search In Units window, and double-click an existing unit to open the unit. The Unit Details window displays.

Populate the relevant fields.
Note: Lease Commencement Date and Term are mandatory fields.
Note: Frequency Rent Paid becomes mandatory if Auto Generate Invoices is ticked.
Note: Rent Review Details are only mandatory when Generate Reminder is ticked. Click here for instructions on setting up a Rent Review.
Part Periods
When there is a period that does not conform to the lease details, a part period invoice is generated. For example, if the lease end date is 31/12/2015, but the frequency is set for Quarterly - English, the period between 25/12/2015 and 31/12/2015 would be unaccounted for. The Part Period Apportionment enables you to generate an invoice for those unapportioned periods.
Additionally, since the English quarter begins on 25 March, if your lease start collecting rent from is set for 1 Jan, tick Generate First Part Period Apportionment to generate an invoice for the period prior to the start of the first annual quarter.
Rent
LogiPro enables you to collect rent at a fixed or stepped rate.
For Fixed Rent enter the annual Passing Rent amount.

Note: If Email is selected, the lease can only be saved if the tenant has an email address.
