Service Charge on Account
Upon configuring all the settings in this article, setting service charge on account will enable you to generate service charge invoices.
Open a unit's lease Details.
From the Service Charge section, select the Billing Method.
When selecting On Account, the Service Charge tab is enabled.
The Service Charge settings default to the Lease Details, but you can override any of those settings.
Note: The Service Charge Start Date and Auto-generate From Date cannot be prior to the Lease Start Date and cannot end after the Lease End Date.
