Toggle Claim Type Change to Automatically Update Status

When a Claim Type has a default status set, the status will always be updated when a new claim is created and never be updated when the commission rate is altered. In order to change how this behaves when a claim type is changed, follow the article below.

Open the Config Window

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Config from the drop down menu - the Config window will open.

Change the Setting

Change the Setting

1: Click on the Claim Form tab.

2: Click on the Misc tab.

3: Un/tick the Always Set Claim Type Default Status checkbox.

4: Click OK to save the change and close the window.
