New Features

  9. LogiClaim has been integrated with Realex payment service provider allowing single and regular payments to be made directly from within the the program. The payment messages can be sent via a secure connection and proxy web service. (3711)
  10. [Dialler] The integrated Dialler functionality has been upgraded to handle call campaigns. Appropriate warning and apology messages have been set to display when necessary. (3511)
  11. [Dialler] The system will pause call recordings whilst any of the card detail windows are open. (3532)
  12. [Dialler] The system now recovers the call window if the system is exited during a call and keeps the line alive. (3180)
  13. [Dialler] The call window now updates agent status when agent's handset is disconnected from without the program and allows a disposition to be set.
  14. [Dialler] The Call Complete button has been renamed.
  15. [Dialler] The program will prevent calls being made from locked client windows.
  16. [Dialler] An apology message is displayed when a locked client is opened during an inbound or assessment call.
  17. [Dialler] The inbound call screen, now displays; DOB, full address and Postcode in search results list, with an expanded inbound call window.

Defects Fixed

  1. In the Status window, the word Colour is now spelt correctly.
  2. The search screen can now be used for debt clients and debt results use debt headers. (3706)
  3. Export button for History doesn't appear in ToDo list window. (3703)
  4. [Dialler] Users who have dialler enabled will no longer get an error upon closing the program.
  5. [Dialler] The dialler is automatically disconnected when exiting the program.
  6. [Dialler] An old 'End Call' button has been removed from the GUI.
  7. [Dialler] The call back max call delay has been improved for accuracy.
  8. [Dialler] The program will not create calls from blank phone number fields.
  9. [Dialler] Locked claimant error message for campaign calls has been updated.
  10. The correct settings are applied for the Copy Questionnaire facility. (3812)
  11. When printing to PDF the document no longer moves out of alignment. (2379)

Known Issues

  1. The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.
  2. The Cancel All Run All button has been disabled as it was creating errors.
  3. Sending emails with a header/footer attached whilst Aspose is active, inserts extra pages.
  4. When a wrong number is dialed, there is sometimes a delay before the call window can be exited.
