How to reassign a User's client to another user

NOTE: Cases can only be reassigned to users of the same stage. Click here to learn how to include users in a stage.

Open the Reassign Clients window

Open the Reassign Clients window

1: Click Admin in the menu.

2: Select Users --> Reassign Clients from the drop down menu - the Reassign Clients window will open.

Reassign the client and ToDos

1: Select the required User from who the cases are to be reassigned.

2: Enter the required Client Ref to move.

3: Click Display to refresh the reuslts.

4: Select the required stage from which the client is to be reassigned.

5: Select the User to whom the client is to be reassigned.

6: Tick the check-box to toggle whether the User's scheduled ToDos items for the stage should also be reassigned.

7: Enter how many of the cases are to reassigned.

8: Click Move.

9: Click OK to close the window.
