Defects Fixed

1: When setting up a new Claim Type, the Default Status is now marked correctly as mandatory.

2: The search by Introducer function is now working correctly.

3: When setting up a new Text Question in the Questionnaire, leaving the Mapping field blank no longer disables the

--- cancel button.

4: The intermittent error when saving a Client has been fixed. (2815)

5: The system is now saving Previous Address line 6,7 and 8 correctly and they are now showing in Mailmerge.

6: Outstanding Ultra dialer issues have been completed - Reconnect after disconnect, Disposition groups functionality

--- and UI added, time and date stored for call back action, Call complete doesn't cause system hang and agent is

--- called back after hanging up.

7: The problem whereby a claim locks or errors if associated with a deleted Claim Type or Commission has been fixed. (3099)

Known Issues

1: The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of

--- the index is limited.

2: The Cancel All Run All button has been disabled as it was creating errors.

3: There are known issues with the Ultra-Dialler user interface which are still under development.

4: When a client delays in answering a call from Ultra, the call status displays and remains as Unavailable until

--- the the call is completed.
