How to use alternative headers & footers for other claim types and commissions
A template can be set to use an alternate header when run against a specific claim type or claim type commission.
Open the Document Library
1: Click Admin in the menu.
2: Select Document Library from the menu - the Document Library will open.
Open the required default Header window
1: Select the standard header from the list.
2: Click Edit - the header window will open.
Add alternative Headers
1: Click on the Alternative Headers tab.
2: Click New - a window will pop out.
3: Select the Claim Type, Commission Rate and the Alternative Header - when a document is run with this header against a CLAIM (not the client) with any of the listed claim types and commissions, the alternative headers will be used instead.
4: Click OK - the Alternative Header will now be listed.
5: Click OK to save the setting and close the Header window.
