How to open the browser from the client (DIVA)
This is only for those customers that use a DIVA web portal.
Open the Config window
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Config from the drop down menu - the Config window will open.
Set the DIVA button
1: Click the Claim form tab - the Claim Form window will open.
2: Click the Visible Buttons tab - the Visible Buttons window will open.
3: Tick the DIVA Button tick box to make the button become visible in client windows.
Open the browser page for the client
1: In any Client's window, click the DIVA button, the browser will now open.
2: The browser will open to the client's URL.
