New Features

1: For those clients that use the DIVA web portal, there is now a button on the client window to go to the correct URL. Click here for instruction.

2: We now have a new Report Builder allowing users to created SAL queries. Click here for instruction.

3: The Alternative Client Ref can now be used as an Email subject. Click here for instruction.

4: When setting an Action to Delete To Dos, there is a new option that allows the deletion of To Dos on a Claim or Client and Claim.

5: Ability to display in the To Do list and export the client's full address and the claim stages. Click here for instruction.

6: Ability to force a non-admin user to change their password on a regular basis. Click here for instruction.

Defects Fixed

1: When saving a new bank no longer shows an error.

2: The Action Library now shows the correct actions for New Clients.

3: Mr and Mrs can now be selected in the Name field of a Claim.

4: The Bank and Selling Agent no longer disappear on a New Claim.

5: The Claim financial calculation is now correct and adds vat (if required) to fixed charges.

6: Changing the Introducer on a Client now changes correctly and appears in searches.

7: When using a terminal server, a new email is no longer populated with the contents of the clip board.

8: The Copy User Template button now works correctly.

9: The Complete Action authority in a User Template now works correctly.

10: The Refund column on the Search screen now displays correctly.

11: A Default Action can now be removed from a Status.

12: The Allow Delete button in the main To Do list no longer performs the delete, it now activates the Delete button correctly.

13: The Claim and/or Client Alternative References now display correctly.

14: The Bank and Selling Agent fields no longer switch around.

15: Client Questionnaire Details tab is now saving data correctly.

16: When changing a Client's name, the Claim list is now populated correctly.

17: The Claim File note button no longer obstructs the Claim Details menu.

18: The error where the 1st character of a Account Number disappears has been fixed.

19: A tick will display in the Client's To Do list for items with a reminder.

20: The Branch/Selling-Agent field now saves correctly.

Known Issues

1: The new search by address from the Royal Mail database does not work in the free versions of SQL as the size of the index is limited.

2: The Online Post Code Search is not formatting the address correctly.

3: The Alternative Customer Reference will only work in an Email from the Action Library. The Document Library is still being worked on.
