1: There is a new drop down list in the Claim to select the correct Salutation on the letters. Click here for instruction.

3  There is a new conflict button in Client details and it can be set to invisible with the User Permissions.

4: If the VAT rate in a claim type is set to zero, the claim will use the default VAT rate for the system in Admin>>Config>>General for that claim type.
