Text questions can be mapped to original text questions by selecting the appropriate field in the "Mapping for old Column" drop down list
Drop Down Yes No questions can be mapped to original check box/yesno questions by selecting the appropriate field in the "Mapping for old Column" drop down list
Drop Down Questions can have each optional answer mapped to an original check box/ yes no question
(1) Click on the "Drop Down Quesion Mapping" button to display the drop down mapping screen
(2) Select the Original Question
(3) Select the new Question. You can view both the question description and the mail merge field
(4) Select the appropriate answer of the selected new question that is mapped to the original question
In the Drop Down QUestions Mapping Tab you can copy the check box answers across to the drop down answers
Onld do this once you have completed the mapping process
(1) First tick the "Enable Copy" button
(2) Then Click the "Update Drop Down Answers to New System" button
This is intended to be one-off operation. Once the answers to the questions have been copied you should only use the new questionnaire tab
Click Yes to confirm
You can copy the Text and check box answers across to the simple answers in the main questions tab
