How to configure the new style questionnaire
In the main window, select Claim Types from the Admin menu.
Edit a Claim Type
Select the Questions Tab
Click on the "New" button to create a new question
Add as many questions as you wish
(1) Select the type of question from the drop down option
(2) You can change the order of the questions with the "Move Up" and "Move Down"! buttons
(3) You can remove the questions with the "Delete" button
(4) Make sure you enter a unique fieldname for use with the Mail Merge
(5) You can edit further details of each question by clickin on the "Details" button
Each Question Type has it's own details screen, with an option to set a default answer
Each screen has an appropriate type of default answer that matches the question type
The default answer may be left blank
Drop Down Questions must have at least one answer added before they can be saved
Click on the "New" Button to create additional answers
(1) The order of each answer can be changed by clicking on the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons
(2) By default the ID assigned to the first answer is 1, this can be changed by clicking on the "Edit ID" button
In the case details screen a new "Questionnaire" tab shows the new questions
The new questionnaire tab is only displayed with the "New Question System Visible" check box is ticked in the config screen
