How to Add, Edit or Delete Issue Categories
Open the Issue Categories window
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Issue Categories from the drop down list - the Issue Categories window will open.
Add a New Issue Category
1: Click the New button from the Menu - a blank entry will be created.
2: Type a name for the new Issue Category.
3: Click OK to Save the changes and close the window.
Edit an Issue Category
1: Click on the Issue Category that needs to be edited and type in the new details.
2: Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
Delete an Issue Category
1: Select the Issue Category to delete.
2: Click Delete from the Menu - the Issue Category will be deleted.
3: If deleted in error, click Undelete to ABORT the deletion.
4: Click OK to close the window.
