How to Add, Edit or Delete Case Types
Open the Case Types Window
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Case Types from the drop down list - the Case Types window will open.
Add a Case Type
1: Click the New button from the Menu - the New Case Type window will open.
Enter details
1: Type a description fro the Case Type.
2: Enter any other relevant details.
3: Click OK to Save the details and close the window.
Edit a Case Type
1: Select the Case Type to Edit.
2: Click Edit from the Menu - the Edit Case Type window will open.
Edit Details
1: Edit details as required.
2: Click OK to Save changes and close the window.
Delete a Claim Type
1: Select the Claim Type to be deleted.
2: Click the Delete key to delete the Claim Type.
3: If deleted in error, click Undelete to ABORT the deletion.
