Add a Restriction to the Account Number Field

This feature enables you to restrict the amount of characters that can be added to a client account number.

Set the Restriction

1. From Admin > Claim Types, click New to create a new claim or select and existing claim type and click Edit.

2. From the Claim Type window > General Settings tab, select a max character amount in the Max Characters in Account Number field and click OK. The Account Number field in the claim window is now restricted to that amount of characters.
