Disable Claim Type Buttons Once
To disable a user from clicking specific buttons more than once, select the option to disable a button once it is clicked.
Claim Type Claim Buttons
1. Click Admin > Claim Types, select a claim type and click Edit to open the Claim Type window.
2. From the Claim Buttons tab, from the Disable Once Clicked column, tick the buttons that should become disabled in a claim once they have been run.
3. Click OK to save your changes. Once the buttons are run, they will be disabled.
Config Claim Buttons
1. Click Admin > Config > Claim Buttons tab.
2. From the Disable Once Clicked column, tick the buttons that should become disabled in a claim once they have been run.
3. Click OK to save your changes. Once the buttons are run, they will be disabled.
