Paperless Settings
Configuration
1. Create a New Client or open an existing client.
4. Enter the Client Name.
NOTE: THIS FIELD IS MANDATORY.
5. Enter the Direct debit Prefix.
NOTE: THIS FIELD IS MANDATORY.
6. Enter the absolute or relative paths of your Logo, Direct Debit Pdf form to be used in the portal and Return URL where you want the client to be redirected to upon completion of the sign up wizard.
NOTE: THESE FIELDS ARE MANDATORY.
Note: if an absolute path is used for the logo then that path must be under SSL (e.g. https://somecompany/somelogo.png)
Note: You can also store client images and PDFs in the Portal content folder on the web server (located at the root of the Portal). When storing these assets on the server, you can then use relative paths within LogiPay e.g. /Content/ClientLogo.png, /Content/ClientMandate.pdf, etc.
7. If relevant, add a Question Section Header and up to five relevant questions.
Note: Tick Visible to turn any of the five questions visible or invisible at any point.
8. Enter the assigned Service User Number.

9. Enter the contact Email address.
NOTE: THIS FIELD IS MANDATORY.
10. Enter the Confirmation Text to output upon completing the sign up wizard prior to submitting the customer details.

Note: Upon entering Texts, when hovering over the text, a formatting bar displays to customize and format the text as needed.
11. Enter the Footer Text to display at the bottom of the sign up wizard.

12. Enter the Guarantee Text to display upon clicking the guarantee link in the sign up wizard.
NOTE: THIS FIELD IS MANDATORY.

13. Enter the Customer Email Body text to be emailed to the customer upon completion and submission of the form.
NOTE: THIS FIELD IS MANDATORY.
14. Click Save Paperless Settings.
15. Click Close to close the client window.
Data Collection
Upon submission of the set up wizard form, the client data is collected in the web portal Paperless Settings tab. The records can be added, edited and have 0N files created from the Paperless Settings tab. Once the 0N files are created, the data is collected in LogiPay.
