Set an Action to Change Client Statuses and Client Status Details
Once Client Statuses are added to the Client Status drop down lists, Action Types can apply those statuses to run actions. For instructions on adding Client Statuses, click here.
Set the Action Type Status
1. Click Admin > Action Library.
2. Click New Action to create a new action or select an existing action and click Edit.
3. From the Action Type window, from the General tab, in the Client section, select a status from the Set Client Status drop down list.
4. From the Action Type window, from the General tab, in the Client section, select a status from the Set Status Details drop down list.
Note: This drop down list is only available if a client status is set.
Note: When the action is run against a client, the specified client status and status details will change at the database level.
