Enable Modification of a Locked Clients
This feature enables you to override the lock applied to a client currently in use by another user so that the client can be edited.
1. To enable the modification of a locked client click Admin > Users > Users and click New to add a new user or select an existing user and click Edit. The User window displays.
2. From the Permissions tab, in the Permission Based Visibility section, tick Enable Editing Of Locked Clients.
3. Click OK to save your changes. The user will now be prompted when a client is locked by another user and have the option to open the client as read only or read and write.
