Using Ultra-Dialler
Ensure that Ultra Dialler has been configured correctly before use.
Connect to Ultra
- 1: Click the Ultra - Connect button. The Dialler will now connect, displaying the option to disconnect.
Outgoing Calls
Open the Search Window
1: Click Search in the menu - the Search window will open.
Open the Required Client File
1: Enter some search criteria or press Enter to show all.
2: Double click the required client - the client window will open.
Make the Call
1: Click on the required phone icon - the call will initiate and the Outbound call window will open.
Select the Call Result
1: Select the call result from the drop-down list - some results require no call-back action and others do.
Set the Call Back Agent and Time
1: If these fields are active, the user is required to select the Callback Agent from the drop-down list and schedule the callback.
2: If required, enter notes.
3: Click Call Complete - the window will close and an entry will be added to the client's history.
Incoming calls
Inbound Call Screen
1: When an incoming call is detected, the Incoming Call window will appear with the caller's number entered in the search field. The user can also search by other phone numbers, surnames or postcodes.
2: The results of the Search are displayed, and the user can click on an entry to open the client window.
Set the Call Result
1: Select the required user to whom the History should be logged. In event of scam calls, do not select any.
2: Select the call result.
3: If these fields are active, select to whom the callback should be scheduled and when for.
4: If required, add notes.
5: Click Call Complete - the window will close.
